Please Help Us Find a Home for Nezek!

Nezek, a sweet German Shepherd mix, is one of the 39 puppies rescued during last summer's war between Israel and Hezbollah and brought to the U.S. to find a home here. He was placed with someone who recently found out she has leukemia, and she is no longer able to care for him. Nezek has now grown to 65 pounds, is house trained, loves to play with other dogs, and is fine with cats. He is neutered and up to date with routine shots.
If you know someone in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia area (so we can perform before-and-after house checks) who is able to provide love, companionship, and exercise for Nezek, please contact us.
  • Ask us about Nezek by phone: 703-370- 0333

  • Ask us about Nezek by email: chai_us@cox.net

Thank you!

Thank you to those of you who responded to the previous alert about Devivon (now Shayna). She has found a wonderful home with two other dogs, a huge fenced back yard, and two humans who adore her, one of whom is home with her during the day, so she always has company. See a video of her running with her new playmates.
Yours for a more compassionate world,

Nina Natelson
